Throat Chakra: The Voice of Truth
The throat chakra is the fifth chakra, located in the center of the neck at the level of the throat. It governs communication, self-expression, and the resonance between inner truth and outer voice.
Place your fingers gently at the base of your throat. Traditionally, this chakra is a bright turquoise or sky-blue color, representing clarity, honesty, and vibrational harmony.
This center bridges the heart and the mind—translating feelings into words, visions into speech, and inner truth into sound.
Expression: Speaking your truth with clarity and compassion.
Resonance: Aligning what you say, feel, and believe.
Imbalances can arise from suppressed expression, fear of speaking, dishonesty, or shallow breathing—affecting both the physical voice and the energetic body.

With each exhale, it expands outward, dissolving tension or fear.
Releasing Blockages
Let your breath move through any places that feel tight or silenced. With each exhale, release old words, suppressed emotions, or judgments around your voice.
Opening to True Expression
Imagine the blue light radiating from your throat to your shoulders, collarbones, and jaw.
Feel it rise up to your mouth and down to your heart, clearing the channel of communication.
On an exhale, softly hum or whisper a sound that feels natural—allowing vibration to open and realign this chakra.
Repeat five slow, spacious breaths, letting the blue light glow steadily, like twilight before dawn—calm, clear, and infinite.
