Therapeutic Scope and Professional Conduct

All services provided by MOCO LLC at 46 Penn are strictly for therapeutic, health, and wellness purposes only. We adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct and ethical practice as defined by industry guidelines.

• Professional Boundaries: All sessions are conducted in a clinical, non-sexual, and professional manner. Any illicit, suggestive, or inappropriate behavior, language, or requests from the client will result in the immediate termination of the session, the client being liable for the full session fee, and refusal of all future services.

• Draping: Professional draping is mandatory at all times.

• Right to Refuse Service: The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, ensuring client safety, maintaining professional boundaries, or for the client's failure to adhere to these terms.

 

Client Safety and Facility Information

 

The safety, security, and comfort of our clients are paramount. The following pertains to the operational environment and protection of your personal information:

• Building Access: The facility is a secured building, requiring key fob entry. Please coordinate your arrival with the therapist or a designated 46 Penn employee to ensure timely access.

• Accessibility: The entrance to the building is wheelchair accessible. Restroom facilities are available for client use.

• Air Quality: A basic air purification system is operated within the treatment room to maintain a clean and healthy environment.

• Confidentiality: All client information, especially health history and treatment notes, is maintained with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with all applicable professional and legal standards. Your private information will not be shared without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.
