Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy This policy is designed to maintain fairness and ensure that both your appointment time and the therapist's time are respected. Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy If you fail to provide us with the required 24 hours' notice, the following policies apply: Late Cancellation (Under 24 Hours): You will be charged a $20 re-enrollment fee. No big deal! It can be added to your total at your next appointment. No-Show: You will be charged a $50 re-enrollment fee. It's okay. It can be added to your total at your next appointment! Note on Emergencies: We value your well-being. If a true, unavoidable emergency (such as a sudden illness or accident) prevents you from providing 24 hours' notice, please contact us immediately. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis with compassion and discretion.
