Cancellation Policy
ENTERING 46 PENN APARTMENTS: This is a secured residential building, and your entrance will be facilitated by your therapist on the day of your appointment. PARKING: Massage clients can park in the partial circular drive at the corner of 46th & Pennsylvania, and there is plenty of street parking. CANCELLATIONS: Give at least 24 hours notice by text or email team@moco.earth if you are unable to make it to your appointment. To reactivate your booking ability with MOCO after a same-day cancellation, please pay our $50 scheduling reactivation fee to compensate the therapist for the invalidated appointment slot.
