Service Description
New residents receive a complimentary 30 Minute Zenn Move-In Massage. These appointments are by request so you will receive a confirmation of your booking soon. FAQ: Bring your voucher to the appointment. We cannot provide your complimentary service without this. You may upgrade to a longer massage and pay the difference. Discounts longer services by $45. Each person on the lease gets a voucher. If only one person wants a massage, voucher can be stacked for a longer complimentary massage. Please mark this on your booking form. You can gift your complimentary massage card to a non-resident guest.
Cancellation Policy
ENTERING 46 PENN APARTMENTS: This is a secured residential building, and your entrance will be facilitated by your therapist on the day of your appointment. PARKING: Massage clients can park in the partial circular drive at the corner of 46th & Pennsylvania, and there is plenty of street parking. CANCELLATIONS: Give at least 24 hours notice by text or email team@moco.earth if you are unable to make it to your appointment. To reactivate your booking ability with MOCO after a same-day cancellation, please pay our $50 scheduling reactivation fee to compensate the therapist for the invalidated appointment slot.
