Cancellation Policy
ENTERING THE ISAAC ACTIVE ADULT LIVING COMPLEX: This is a secured residential building, and your entrance will be facilitated by your therapist on the day of your appointment. Park in the parking lot your GPS takes you to and your therapist will greet you at the entrance there. (This is not the primary leasing entrance.) PARKING: Massage clients can park in the partial circular drive at the corner of 46th & Pennsylvania, and there is plenty of street parking. CANCELLATIONS: Give at least 24 hours notice by text or email team@moco.earth if you are unable to make it to your appointment. To reactivate your booking ability with MOCO after a same-day cancellation, please pay our $50 scheduling reactivation fee to compensate the therapist for the invalidated appointment slot.
