Cancellation Policy
Entering 46 Penn Apartments: This is a secured residential building, and your entrance will be facilitated by your therapist on the day of your appointment. Parking: Massage clients can park in the partial circular drive at the corner of 46th & Pennsylvania, and there is plenty of street parking. Cancellation Policy: Give at least 24 hours notice by text or email team@moco.earth if you are unable to make it to your appointment. To reactivate booking ability with MOCO after a same day cancellation, please pay our $50 scheduling reactivation fee to compensate the therapist for the used appointment slot.
